you know what sucks? all of my favorite oingo boingo*** songs were recorded in the 1970s-1980 incl. the entertainer. the quality most of the time sounds like this. nevertheless, this is a REALLY good song. the recording at the roxy is my favorite, even though it's mostly in my left ear. danny's voice, like always, is beautiful. also, like always, the horns are beautiful. i've always had a sort of admiration of the use of horns in oingo boingo songs... anyways the entertainer is one of the songs i listen to where i listen to it on loop for a couple weeks straight and never get tired of it, despite the audio quality, of course. i love this song and i adore the mystic knights especially.
